Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. frozen, loose-pack hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese (4 oz.)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage.

    Put the 8 roll wedges in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.

    Put on sausage and potatoes; top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
