Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • flaked coconut, for coating balls

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except flaked coconut. Mix well then form into balls, roll in coconut flakes until well coated. Refrigerate in a sealed container for a few hours until they have firmed up. At this point I usually put most of them in the freezer.
