- 6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 5 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Spread crescent rolls on pan with sides (cookie sheet or pizza pan) and spread cooked sausage over rolls.

2Add potatoes and cheese and pour beaten eggs over top.

3Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
