- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 2 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain off excess fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

2Place in an ungreased pizza pan (12-inches) with points to the center.

3Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.

4Seal perforations.

5Spoon sausage over crust.

6Sprinkle with potatoes.

7Top with Cheddar cheese.
