  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 box Jiffy corn crust mix

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Cool.

    Prepare crust as directed on package.

    Spoon cooled sausage over crust.

    Sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over potatoes and cheese.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
