- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. diced whole oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pepper slices (optional)
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown; drain.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles with elongated points toward center of a greased 12-inch pizza pan or pie dish.

3Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations.

4Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.

5Crust will be puffy when removed from oven.

6Reduce oven to 350°.

7Spoon sausage over dough.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Combine eggs with next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage.

10Bake at 350° on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.

11Garnish with pepper slices, if desired.
