  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. cooked turkey bacon, drained and crumbled
  • 5 egg substitutes, scrambled
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. low-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 500°.

    Spread pizza crust onto large pizza pan.

    Place cooked egg substitute on crust.

    Top with mushrooms, cheeses, pepper, onions and meat.
