  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls or homemade biscuit dough

    In skillet, cook sausage until browned.

    Drain and get your dough on a 12-inch pizza pan.

    Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.

    Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over pizza.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
