- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls or homemade biscuit dough
Directions

1In skillet, cook sausage until browned.

2Drain and get your dough on a 12-inch pizza pan.

3Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.

4Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes and Cheddar cheese.

5Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

6Pour over pizza.

7Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
