- 1 can chopped ham
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 6 eggs or egg substitute
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Make Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (or any other).

2Spoon ham over crust (drain first).

3Sprinkle with potatoes.

4Top with Cheddar cheese.

5(At this point, you can cover with plastic wrap, not foil, and leave in refrigerator overnight.

6Add 5 minutes to cooking time.)

7In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour onto crust.

8Sprinkle Parmesan over all.

9Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
