- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose packed hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage and drain fat.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

4Press over bottom and up sides.

5Seal well.

6Spoon sausage onto crust.

7Sprinkle with potatoes.

8Top with Cheddar cheese.

9In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
