  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated dinner rolls
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • green and red pepper slices (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook sausage in medium skillet until browned; drain and set aside.

    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforation.

    Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.

    Crust will be puffy when removed from oven.

    Reduce temperature to 350°.

    Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheese.

    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with pepper slices if desired.
