  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Spread crescent rolls on a 12-inch pizza pan.

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Sprinkle sausage over crust.

    Sprinkle potatoes on crust.

    Sprinkle cheese on crust (this can be done the night before).

    Then mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and shredded cheese on top.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
