  • 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. mild bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

    Separate rolls into triangles.

    Place points inward.

    In ungreased pizza pan, press together to form a crust.

    Sprinkle with sausage, potatoes and cheese.

    Beat eggs, water and seasonings together.

    Pour over top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
