- 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 lb. mild bulk sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Separate rolls into triangles.

2Place points inward.

3In ungreased pizza pan, press together to form a crust.

4Sprinkle with sausage, potatoes and cheese.

5Beat eggs, water and seasonings together.

6Pour over top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
