Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.5 oz.) cocoa or fruit-flavored sweetened rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup or honey
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Line 14-inch pizza pan with foil; grease lightly.

    Mix cereal and flour in large bowl.

    Microwave corn syrup and butter in 1-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 minutes or until boiling, stirring after 2 minutes.

    Pour over cereal mixture; mix until well coated.

    With moistened hands, press firmly into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Cool on wire rack.

    Remove from pan.

    Remove foil.

    Cut into 8 wedges.

    Just before serving, spread wedges with PHILADELPHIA Soft Cream Cheese.
