- 2 whole wheat pizza crusts
- 2 12 cups skim milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425.

2Brown the sausage, saving the drippings.

3Set the sausage aside and add butter to the drippings to melt.

4Add the flour and salt and pepper to the butter and cook for about a minute.

5Add milk and stir until thick and bubbly.

6Set aside.

7Scramble eggs with onions and green pepper until soft set.

8Assemble pizzas with gravy on the bottom, then sausage, then eggs, then cheese.

9Cook for 12 minutes.
