  • 2 whole wheat pizza crusts
  • 2 12 cups skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 14 flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

    Brown the sausage, saving the drippings.

    Set the sausage aside and add butter to the drippings to melt.
