- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown; drain.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.

4Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.

5Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes.

6Top with Cheddar cheese.

7Beat eggs together with milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour into crust.

9Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

10Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
