- 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Press rolls onto pizza pan to make crust.

3Brown sausage in skillet; drain.

4Layer sausage and potatoes over crust.

5Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.

6Pour over potatoes.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
