- 1 (10 oz.) pizza dough
- 2 oz. thin Prosciutto
- 8 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. seedless grapes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Spread dough out on oiled pizza pan.

2Bake 8 minutes on bottom rack in 450° oven.

3Cut Prosciutto into strips.

4Mix Ricotta and lemon peel.

5Spread or drop Ricotta mixture on pizza crust. Arrange Prosciutto, peaches and grapes over Ricotta.

6Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pizza.

7Bake about 5 minutes, until fruit is warm.
