- 1 c. frozen, loose-pack hash browns, thawed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cook & drain sausage.

2Let hash browns thaw.

3Separate rolls into 8 triangles & press in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.

4Press over bottom & sides to form crust.

5Seal perforations.

6Spoon sausage on rolls.

7Sprinkle with potatoes.

8Top with cheese.

9Mix remaining ingredients pour over cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 25 - 30 min.
