  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage or possibly ham
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frzn hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Use a round pizza pan or possibly a cookie sheet with rim

    Brown sausage, drain; separate dough.

    Place on ungreased pizza pan.

    Press over bottom and up sides to create a crust.

    Spoon sausage over crust.

    Sprinkle with potatoes.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    In a bowl, beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour onto crust.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
