- 1 pound bulk pork sausage or possibly ham
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 c. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Use a round pizza pan or possibly a cookie sheet with rim
Directions

1Brown sausage, drain; separate dough.

2Place on ungreased pizza pan.

3Press over bottom and up sides to create a crust.

4Spoon sausage over crust.

5Sprinkle with potatoes.

6Top with Cheddar cheese.

7In a bowl, beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour onto crust.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
