- 1/3 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (or sugar)
- 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half (or regular half and half or cream)
Directions

1Put your 1 cup popped corn (make sure it is not the microwave kind that is covered in salt and butter) in a bowl.
