- 5 each large potatoes, chopped into small squares
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 oz olive oil
- 1/4 cup Badia brand complete seasoning
- 2 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 3 eggs
Directions

1On medium/medium high heat throw into a skillet the oil, butter, potatoes and onions and all seasonings.

2Cook until all potatoes are tender.

3Once potatoes are cooked crack your eggs straight into them and scramble until thoroughly cooked

4Then top with cheese and your done!
