- grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 c. low-fat milk
- confectioners sugar
- heavy cream
- maple syrup (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

3In a large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine; add fruit and cook until softened.
