- 2 c. smoked sausage, sausage links or ham, cooked and cut up
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese strips
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk or 2 small cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. flour or Bisquick
Directions

1Mix eggs and milk together with flour.

2Layer meat, onion and 1 layer of cheese on bottom of dish.

3Pour mixture of eggs, milk and flour over it.

4Make another layer of cheese and mixture and cheese.

5Repeat until all is used.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
