  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked, drained breakfast sausage
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 doz. eggs or egg substitute
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. mustard
