  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sausage (breakfast)
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Prepare a pie shell and set aside.

    Brown sausage and onion; drain fat.

    Add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix.

    Spread this mixture in unbaked pie shell.

    Mix eggs, milk and cheese together and pour over sausage.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.

    Let stand 5 or 10 minutes.

    Then serve.
