- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Rinsed Quinoa
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- Fresh Berries, To Serve
- Sugar, To Taste
Directions

1In a medium saucepan or rice cooker, combine water, milk, rinsed quinoa, dash of salt and cinnamon stick.

2Bring to a light boil then cover and lower heat to medium low (low simmer) and cook for about 35 minutes.

3Swirl (if using a saucepan) to ensure the quinoa doesnt get stuck to the sides of the pot.

4Top with extra milk, cream, or half-and-half, fresh berries, and the sweetener of your choice.
