- 3/4 c. milk, scalded and cooled
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine warm water and yeast.

2Cut shortening into flour and sugar.

3Add milk.

4Add the yeast water mixture.

5Blend in eggs. Cover; place in refrigerator overnight.

6Spread with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

7Roll lengthwise.

8Slice and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

9Frost with powdered sugar icing.
