  • 1 maple sausage (i prefer patties)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 cheddar cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 butter

Directions

    butter pan and put in sausage on medium heat

    brown sausage on both sides.

    approximately 4 mins on each side

    when halfway done with sausage start egg.

    first butter another pan

    Crack egg into pan and do not flip it until it starts becoming opaque.

    flip to other side.

    and add salt and pepper to taste.

    cook until the yolk is no longer runny

    toast bagel

    put egg and sausage on the bagel with the cheese in the middle so it will melt
