  • 1 lb Hashbrowns
  • 8 each eggs
  • 3/4 chedder cheese
  • 4 onion buns
  • 1 dash garlic seasoning
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes

Directions

    brown the hashbrowns with olive oil then add grated cheese to hashbrowns.

    two eggs per sandwich mix with dash of garlic seasoning in cup.

    while eggs ate cooking start folding then into a square to fit on butter toasted onion bun.

    once eggs and hashbrowns are done put egg on bun and hashbrowns on top, then add sliced Roma tomatoes on top and enjoy!!

    I added a little olive oil mayo on my bun if I had spinach Id add that too.
