- 1 Any leftover meat or seafood available
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 Garlic salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1/2 packages Cherub tomatoes
- 1 Avocado
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 packages Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Green salsa
- 1 Diced jalapenos
Directions

1Dice meat of choice and saute in olive oil with garlic salt, pepper, cherub tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, & diced jalapenos.

2Cut tortillas into small strips and put under broiler until slightly crispy.

3About 10-15 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5Scramble eggs in bowl and season as desired.

6Pour into other ingredients and cook until desired consistency.

7Fold in tortilla strips before plating and top with avocado slices and green salsa.
