- 12 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 green onions, minced
Directions

1heat the oil in a skillet.
