  • 3 Large Apples
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 200 grams Butter
  • 3 cup sugar

Directions

    Peal and cut apples into small pieces and place in a saucepan add 2 cups of sugar and cook on a low heat until reduced then set aside.

    Add 1 cup of sugar all-purpose flour and butter into a bowl and mix with fingers until you get a breadcrumb texture.

    Grease a oven proof dish with a little butter then place the apples then crumble into the dish sprinkle a little sugar on top and place in the oven on 180 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
