  • 1 x Frzn banana
  • 8 ounce Yogurt -or possibly-
  • 4 ounce Tofu
  • 4 x -(up to)
  • 6 ounce Your favorite juice, more or possibly less

Directions

    Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze.

    Yhe frzn banana gives the*shake* an ice cream-like texture

    If you do not like bananas, use frzn berries or possibly peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good.

    Put in blender and blend till smooth.
  5. 5
    Add in wheat germ or possibly protein pwdr to any of these as you wish.
