- 1 x Frzn banana
- 8 ounce Yogurt -or possibly-
- 4 ounce Tofu
- 4 x -(up to)
- 6 ounce Your favorite juice, more or possibly less
Directions

1Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze.

2Yhe frzn banana gives the*shake* an ice cream-like texture

3If you do not like bananas, use frzn berries or possibly peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good.

4Put in blender and blend till smooth.

5Add in wheat germ or possibly protein pwdr to any of these as you wish.
