  • 5 cups chopped honeydew melon
  • 3 md. kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice

    In a food processor combine all ingredients; process until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm.

    Remove from the freezer and let stand 15 minutes.

    With an electric mixer, beat until smooth.

    Cover and freeze 3 to 4 hours longer, until firm.
