- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
Directions

1In a food processor combine all ingredients; process until smooth.

2Pour the mixture into a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 3 to 4 hours, until firm.

3Remove from the freezer and let stand 15 minutes.

4With an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
