- 100g raspberries - frozen
- 50g blueberries - frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup water - filtered
- 1/2 teaspoon Natvia
- 1 egg white - organic free range
- 1 mint leaf - finely diced (optional)
- 1 apple - sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
- Loving earth buckinis
Directions

1Blend banana, berries, lime juice, water, Natvia & mint in a food processor until silky & well combined.
