  • 1 banana - chopped & frozen
  • 100g raspberries - frozen
  • 50g blueberries - frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup water - filtered
  • 1/2 teaspoon Natvia
  • 1 egg white - organic free range
  • 1 mint leaf - finely diced (optional)
  • 1 apple - sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • Loving earth buckinis

Directions

    Blend banana, berries, lime juice, water, Natvia & mint in a food processor until silky & well combined.

    Pour mixture into a bowl.

    Top with flax & chia seeds, almonds, sliced apple & buckinis.
