- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices bread
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 lb. bacon or diced ham
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. finely diced bell pepper
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Butter 8 slices of bread on both sides.

2Cube in tiny squares. Cook bacon or ham and break into pieces.

3Beat together 8 eggs and 3 cups milk.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Place in casserole pan and let stand overnight.

6In morning, bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife or toothpick comes out clean.
