- 2 pkg. Pillsbury biscuit mix
- 1 pkg. sausage or bacon
- 4 to 6 shredded potatoes
- 6 eggs
- milk
- Cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Cook the potatoes in skillet until they are just starting to brown.

3Fry the sausage and/or bacon. Lightly grease a cake pan.

4Press the biscuit dough into the pan until the bottom is covered.

5Bake for 2/3 of the recommended time (about 8 minutes).

6Press the biscuits down again.

7Layer sausage and/or bacon in the biscuits.

8Top with the cooked shredded potatoes.

9Whip the eggs in a bowl with some milk and pour mix over potatoes.

10Top with shredded cheese.

11Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
