- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 4 slices bread, torn
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

2Drain. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt in bowl; mix well.

3Pour over layers.

4Chill, covered, overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
