  • 1 stick oleo
  • 6 eggs or 1 1/2 cartons Egg Beaters
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 8 oz. ham
  • 8 oz. mixed Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • corn flake crumbs

Directions

    Spray 8 1/2 x 11-inch glass or metal pan with Pam or lightly grease.

    Place bread in pan.

    Melt oleo and pour over bread.
