  • 6 eggs
  • 6 to 8 pieces bread
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cut crust off bread and cut into squares.

    Grate cheese. Layer the bread squares and cheese, starting with bread and finishing with cheese.

    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture over bread and cheese.

    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
