- 6 eggs
- 6 to 8 pieces bread
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut crust off bread and cut into squares.

2Grate cheese. Layer the bread squares and cheese, starting with bread and finishing with cheese.

3In a separate bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper.

4Pour mixture over bread and cheese.

5Let sit overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
