- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. bacon or sausage
- 1 c. packed grated cheese (Cheddar)
Directions

1Crumble and brown meat; drain and cool.

2Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

3Add bread and mix well.

4Add meat and cheese. Put in greased 8 x 13-inch dish.

5Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

7Serves 6 to 8.
