- 5 eggs
- 5 slices bread
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Butter one or both sides of bread.

2Cut in cubes and lay in pan (9 x 13-inch).

3Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread cubes. Grate cheese over sausage.

4In a bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and dry mustard.

5Mix at slow speed until well blended.

6Pour over other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° about 40 to 45 minutes in the morning and do not drain.
