Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose whole wheat flour
- 2 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup butter
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and diced
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Directions

1Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2Stir in cheese, bacon and green onion.

3Mix well.

4Add yogurt all at once to dry ingredients, stirring to moisten.

5Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10-15 times, to form a smooth dough; mixture will be crumbly at first, and comes together when kneaded.

6Roll out or pat to an 8-inch square.

7Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 6 rectangles.

8Place on ungreased baking sheet.

9Roll up each ractangle.

10Bake at 450F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden.

11Serve warm.
