  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (213 g each) sockeye salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tsp. each dried thyme and dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Place refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.

    Cook onions and garlic in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Spread onion mixture, salmon and cheese onto bottom of pie shell.

    Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended.

    Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell.
