- 4 large eggs, beaten
- f1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. mild green chilies, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 (6-inch) tortillas, floured
Directions

1Fry tortillas in oil until browned.

2Set on paper towel to drain.

3Melt butter in frying pan.

4In bowl, add all other ingredients except bacon and stir until well mixed.

5Add mixture to frying pan, stirring constantly over medium heat until well mixed.
