- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
Directions

1In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper.

2In a large skillet, heat oil.

3Add the egg mixture.

4Cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are completely set.

5Stir in the cheese and ham.

6Spoon egg mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up.

7Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and freeze in a resealable plastic bag.
