- 7 medium Russet or Idaho Potatoes
- 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. Salad or Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. dried Thyme Leaves
Directions

1Wash and dry the Potatoes.

2Mix Oil into pan with melted Butter; add Garlic Powder, Salt and Thyme Leaves mixing thoroughly. Quarter the dried Potatoes and drop a few at a time into the mixture; coating completely.

3Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Continue until all Potato pieces have been covered and added to the baking dish.

4Bake at 325 for 1 hour; turning halfway through the time.

5Quantity depends on the serving sizes for the eaters.
