  • 2 large eggs (for chewy bars) or 3 eggs (for cake-like bars)
  • 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling
  • 12 cup nuts (optional)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In large mixing bowl, combine mix, eggs, filling and nuts.

    Spread this mixture on a greased jelly-roll pan.

    Bake 30 minutes.

    FROSTING: Combine ingredients in bowl and spread over cooled cake.

    Cut into bars.
