  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 6 Tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 6 ounces Brie, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (including rind)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 3/4 buttermilk
